The Assistant Project Manager is a services enablement overlay with primary responsibilities of project activities management, scheduling and dispatch, and ticketing system administration which requires extreme diligence. Maintain project documents and reports, ticketing system administration, quoting, and close out documents.

This is the support resource on the coordination of activities and information between key engagement stakeholders, sales team, finance, purchasing and the strategic partners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external team members on various service tasks and project activities regarding
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects
  • Perform such tasks as technician sourcing, confirmations, check in’s/out’s, deliverables attainment,  escalation support, close out meetings in partnership with our services partners
  • Maintain work orders records/details within the company system
  • Personally, oversee outsourced engagements and SOW development
  • Maintain services pipeline reports along with KPIs around the services business


  • Assembles resources (people, material, support) to get things done. Orchestrates multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal
  • Experience in the IT solutions, product sales or technology industry a plus
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Able to work under pressure independently and as part of a team. This role requires you to work across functions and departments
  • Excellent communication skills — you will interact with customers and cross- functional teammates regularly
  • Excellent time management and organization skills along with managing multiple initiatives
