Business Development Representative – Tampa, FL

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our awesome team at Trifecta Networks! We’ve been voted a Tampa, FL “Best Place To Work” for three consecutive years and are excited to have you join our dynamic team. In this role, you will initiate conversations surrounding prospective clients’ current and future IT needs through various channels such as cold-calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct mail campaigns.

As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and become an expert in our product and services portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies that align with Trifecta Network’s value proposition and ideal client
  • Manage the sales pipeline
  • Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and nurturing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales
