Trifecta Networks is looking for a superstar in the making to fill the role of Business Development Representative. Your main responsibilities will include supporting our Client Advisor Team through the development of qualified leads. However, that’s just the beginning – this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and define your own path. Success in this role will position you to move into a Client Advisor role upon demonstrating the aptitude and attitude to win over a sustained period of time.

The ideal candidate is able to quickly learn our business and the value of our product and service offering, has an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional written and oral skills, is highly competitive but coachable and is a consummate player. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Master the identification of relevant prospects at target companies
  • Make outbound calls through web based platform
  • Initiate connections with target prospects using industry best practices utilizing phone, email, and social channels
  • Call on targeted prospects to initiate conversations surrounding their current and future IT needs
  • Set qualified appointments via outlook calendar invites to prospect and Client Advisor
  • Maintain accurate and timely contact activity data in Trifecta’s sales automation tool
  • Skillfully build interest and create qualified opportunities with new prospects
  • Participate in product training workshops and/or other training initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have reasonable commute of no more that 1 hour from Office location
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization by our Company for this position now or in the future
