But what does being a great place to work really mean? And how does Trifecta’s corporate culture fit in?

“The Great Place to Work” survey is comprised of 60 core Trust Index© statements and two open-ended questions. They have statements like “This is a physically safe place to work” and “People here are paid fairly for the work they do.” To me, a great place to work is so much more than those statements.

Trifecta to me is lightning in a bottle, it’s hard to even describe in words, but I don’t believe the questions on the “Great Place to Work” survey do us justice.

When I think of Trifecta Networks, the first thing that comes to mind are the people. Yea, yea, yea every company says they have a “great team,” but I am surrounded by the most dedicated, committed and loyal people around. No matter your department, we are all on “Team Trifecta,” and when one of us succeeds, we all succeed. I’ve never heard anyone say, “that’s not my job” even if it means jumping in and getting your hands dirty to help a teammate. We run on collaboration and team brainstorming. And if working 40+ hours together isn’t enough to drive each other crazy, we choose to still get together after work for happy hours and off-site team building. We go to each other’s weddings and celebrate birthdays and babies. Once you are part of the team, you are family!

Transparency – What company do you know gives a company roadmap out during the interview process? Trifecta Networks does! We call it our Vivid Vision and it describes in detail what our people, culture, customers, offerings and growth trajectory looks like into 2023. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t feel like I am contributing (no matter how big or small) to our vision and helping the company get there.

Trifecta is a flat organization, you can see that in our leadership style, management leads more like a coach than a boss, helping support and development us as a team and as individuals by constantly challenging us and bringing out our personal best. We have an open-door policy and weekly one-on-ones with managers to ensure we receive regular and honest feedback and know exactly where we stand with management. This is also a time we are encouraged to share cool, crazy, out-of-the-box ideas in an open, non-judgmental forum.

I guess to put it simply… What makes a great place to work? A company where your opinion is respected, your voice is heard, your work is appreciated and the people truly come first. That doesn’t just sound like a great place to work, but the BEST PLACE ANY OF US HAVE EVER WORKED!

Doesn’t this sound like a team you want to be on? Awesome, we’d love to have you. Trifecta Networks is currently growing fast, and we’re always looking for passionate people who want to contribute to our vision and our Great Place to Work.
