In this role, you’ll engage with prospective clients to uncover their current and future IT needs through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct mail campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies that communicate our value proposition and showcase our extensive portfolio of products and services.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying new leads, setting appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our Account Executives. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing strategies that align with Trifecta Network’s value proposition and ideal client
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth hand-off to Account Executives
- Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and nurturing strategies

What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1+ year of experience in sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
