The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships within our IT hardware, software, and IT services portfolio. This role generates qualified appointments for our Senior Account Managers by proactively engaging prospects and customers through outbound calls and email outreach. This is an entry-level, in-office position ideal for a motivated self-starter looking to build a career in technology sales, no prior sales experience required; we’ll train you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls and emails per day to a mix of cold prospects, warm/marketing-generated leads, and existing customers
- Set a minimum of 2 qualified appointments per day for our Senior Account Managers
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within prospective organizations
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to introduce our IT hardware, software, and services offerings and generate interest
- Send personalized, value-driven emails to nurture leads and prompt responses
- Qualify outbound leads to ensure appointments are relevant and sales-ready
- Set meetings with decision-makers (manager level or above)
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments between qualified prospects/customers and Senior Account Managers, ensuring a smooth hand-off
- Accurately log all call activity, email communication, and lead details in HubSpot/CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects who aren’t yet ready to meet, maintaining an active pipeline
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to understand target verticals, ideal customer profiles, and messaging
- Stay current on company products, services, and the competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospects
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets

What you’ll need to succeed:
- No prior sales experience required, this is an entry-level position, and we’ll train you
- A recent graduate or early in your career, looking to build a career in technology sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with curiosity and resilience
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Coachable and motivated by clear daily/weekly goals and performance-based earnings
- Highly competitive with a positive, winning attitude and a results-driven mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong calendar-coordination skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Interest in technology, IT hardware/software, or B2B sales is a plus
