Terms and Conditions
Trifecta Networks, 5-Star certified* products carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchasers from Trifecta Networks.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials encountered in the standard, reasonable use of the product during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply:
- To normal wear and tear
- If the product has been mistreated or mishandled
- If the product has been improperly installed or configured
- If the product has been subject to an accident
- If the product has been subject to lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage, or any electrical stress
- If the product has been subject to an act of God
- If the product has been modified
This warranty does not cover software, licenses, batteries, headsets, extended warranty agreements, service agreements, or special order items.
This warranty only covers 5 Star-certified* Product(s). All partnered manufacturers are excluded from this warranty. Please contact your Client Advisor if you have any questions about product eligibility for a warranty return.
Trifecta Networks must receive the defective product within 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued. Products returned late may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
IN NO EVENT WILL TRIFECTA NETWORKS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER, CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
