Chris Toepke is the CEO and majority owner of Trifecta Networks, where he is responsible for setting strategic direction and leading the organization to success. Chris is a hands-on leader who is passionate about building a customer centric culture and driving the team to deliver exceptional quality and service 100% of the time. He brings meaningful operational experience in high growth, operationally intensive businesses to the table.
Prior to Trifecta, Chris served in various senior executive leadership positions with Surgery Partners, a public healthcare services company, as well as One Call Care Management, a multi-billion dollar private equity backed insurance services company. Prior to those positions, Chris was a management and strategy consultant with Bain & Company. He started his career in investment banking for Citigroup. Chris earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a BA from Lafayette College. He resides in Tampa, FL with his wife and three children.
